Our commitment to your safety is and always has been our top priority. To keep you and our staff safe, we have COVID-19 protocols in place.
We continue with:
- Mandatory health screening before appointment and further clinic entry screening with temperature check
- Limited access to waiting room, by appointment only!
- Any individuals accompanying the patient will be limited to caregivers, substitute decision makers, guardians. These individuals will also be screened when they enter the clinic.
- One point of entry and exit
- Plexi-glass barrier at reception
- Face coverings/masks are a requirement to enter this establishment
- Our staff are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Closed treatment rooms
- Increased sanitization of treatment rooms and high touch surfaces
- Enhanced social distancing measures and scheduling time between appointments
- Hand sanitizing stations throughout the clinic
Patients who are experiencing symptoms are to cancel their appointment immediately and should call their primary care provider or Telehealth Ontario for further instructions.
